Gathered near the windswept shorelines of Seven Mile Beach near Gerroa, the raw timber carries the raw energy of the South Coast. Born and educated in Denmark, Ole Jensen brings a lifelong devotion to clean form and structural harmony to his contemporary timber sculptures. Now working from his studio on the South Coast of New South Wales, his creative practice is a deep exploration of the Australian coastal landscape. His award-winning design background merges seamlessly with a profound respect for raw materials, creating striking, one-of-a-kind fine art forms that celebrate the spirit of the timber. Ole is an accredited member of The Sculptors Society of NSW and the Kiama Art Society.
