Original Sculptures & Unique Artwork

Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of hand-carved wood sculptures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damage in Transit

All sculptures are carefully packaged for safe dispatch. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping:

• Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us at enquiries@olejensensculpture.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of the outer packaging and the damaged artwork.

• We will work directly with you to arrange a suitable resolution, repair, or insurance refund.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
